A WORD FROM THE FOUNDER

As owner of Siesta Pools, I am on site daily supervising all work in progress for quality control, doing my best to make sure things are done correctly the first time.  I am communicating directly with the customer in an effort to make their visions and expectations come to life. I take on a limited amount of projects each year to ensure I can provide a level of quality and customer service that is difficult to find in my industry.  I am passionate about each and every pool I build.

MY STORY

Born and raised in Youngstown, OH, Mr. Gaetano pursued his passion for the arts at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh from 1990-1992, where he earned an Associate’s Degree in Visual Communications. With a longstanding family connection to Sarasota, stemming from a property acquisition in the mid-1980s, Guy relocated to the region in 1994.

It was here in Sarasota that Guy was introduced to the world of pool construction through a family-run, prominent pool construction company. Embarking on this new journey, he acquired his first contractor’s license in 1999, permitting him to engage in pool repair and remodeling activities. Further demonstrating his commitment to the industry, in 2007, Guy obtained a state-certified residential pool builder’s license.
